To begin preparing a nomination, click on the link to the left titled "Nomination Materials." Here you will access the award guidelines, complete the on-line nomination form, and download templates to be used in preparing the hard copy dossiers.
Please note: all materials must be submitted to the Provost's Office by 4:00 pm on Thursday, January 24th, 2008.

Committee members
Here you will complete a rating form for each nominee and one final ranking form of all nominees. To begin, you will click on the link to the left titled "Committee Member Area."
